Ownership: Chelsea Digital Media Ltd retains all ownership and other rights in the official Chelsea FC podcast channel, and any and all Chelsea FC logos and trademarks used in connection with the podcast.

Service: The Official Chelsea FC podcast channel is a service offered by Chelsea Digital Media Ltd to individuals for private, non-commercial use. Any other uses, including without limitation, the incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the official Chelsea FC podcast channel, are strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of official Chelsea FC podcast channel.

1. A podcast episode may be copied to any listening device the user chooses, of any format, any number of times.
2. A podcast episode, or part of an episode, may be linked to from other web sites such as podcast directories or blogs.
